Pete Goss

Pete Goss is one of the founders and trustees of the charity ‘Cornwall Playing for Success’. Pete (the 'Cornwall PfS Sporting Champion') has achieved much aclaim and success as a multifaceted extreme sportsman. Pete has been raising awareness and funds toward the programme, taking the Cornwall PfS initiative forward by raising an astonishing £40,000 through sponsorship of his entry in the 2006 Round Britain and Ireland Race. These funds enabled the third Cornwall PfS centre to open in Porthpean in 2006. Pete’s latest exploit has been the phenomenal Spirit of Mystery Voyage in 2008/9, which recreated the journey from Cornwall to Melbourne, Australia more than 150 years ago.
